Substance Abuse Counselor

The role

Eliot is seeking a licensed Substance Abuse Counselor to join their Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division to provide evidence-based interventions for adults with severe mental illness. The successful candidate will facilitate dual diagnosis groups, utilize motivational interviewing and harm reduction strategies, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on promoting recovery through individual support, treatment planning, and community resource coordination in residential or community settings.
