The role
Support and manage all aspects of subsidence claims diagnosis, investigation, policy coverage consideration, and appropriate settlement in an efficient and timely manner.
What you'll do
- Support and manage all aspects of subsidence claims diagnosis, investigation, policy coverage consideration, and appropriate settlement in an efficient and timely manner.
- Carry out physical and/or video visits to determine causation and work with Subsidence Regional Managers to produce preliminary reports.
- Assess damage, determine probable cause, and interpret and apply policy coverage, terms and conditions as appropriate.
- Carry out repair assessment visits to compile scope of works or tender documents.

- MCIOB, MRICS qualification or working towards this
