The role
The Subgrant Business Systems & Procurement Operations Manager oversees the compliant and efficient distribution of funds across the Statewide Family Support Coordinator initiative. This role involves designing procurement standards, conducting subgrantee risk assessments, and delivering capacity-building training to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations. The manager will collaborate with finance, MEAL, and program teams to monitor $5M in goods distribution across multiple regional hubs. The position requires strong expertise in grants management, financial compliance, and operational systems to maintain audit readiness.
