What you'll do

  • Design and maintain integrated organizational performance and Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
  • Facilitate country strategy execution and development of business continuity plans.
  • Develop and harmonize Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators to gauge organizational resilience.
  • Provide strategic advisory, trend analysis, and risk-performance insights to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manage and mitigate internal risks while ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in strategic planning and performance management.
  • Proven experience or strong conceptual capability in connecting organizational performance with risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong ability to translate complex strategic risks into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
