The role

What you'll do

  • Provide strategic leadership to supply chain, IT, logistics, and administration functions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies and annual procurement plans.
  • Manage high-spend category negotiations and supplier pre-qualification processes.
  • Supervise functional leads and evaluate team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor internal controls and audit recommendations to ensure organizational compliance.

What it takes

  • BA/MA degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (MA) or 7 years (BA) in supply chain and contract management.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in people management.
  • Professional certification such as advanced CIPS is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills with proficiency in English.
