The role

What you'll do

  • Manage Portland social media channels and create engaging, mission-aligned content.
  • Produce monthly donor newsletters and capture photo/video content from the Houses.
  • Serve as the primary stewardship manager for individual donors giving up to $1,000.
  • Execute recurring donor campaigns and facilitate engagement events.
  • Support the planning and execution of signature gala and golf events.

What it takes

  • 1-3 years of nonprofit experience in donor relations or marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with donor databases, email marketing tools, and Canva.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work occasional evenings or weekends.
