State Partnerships Manager

The role

Recidiviz is seeking a State Partnerships Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with state correctional departments to support data-driven criminal justice reform. The role involves acting as a bridge between internal product and engineering teams and state leadership to identify needs, drive impact, and improve justice outcomes. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to navigate complex government environments.
