The role
A board-certified/board-eligible physician with clinical expertise and a strong commitment to reproductive justice will provide comprehensive reproductive health services and mentor APCs.
What you'll do
- Fosters a culture of quality care, service improvement, and patient safety
- Provides clinical oversight, education, and mentorship to APCs
- Supports the training activities for internal staff and external students
- Participates in routine chart review, quality improvement activities, and continuing education
- Rotates on-call with affiliate physician leadership
- Supports the achievement of productivity and financial objectives
What it takes
- MD/DO with completion of accredited residency required
- Complex Family Planning Fellowship preferred
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Experience in advanced gynecologic care, abortion care, and gender-affirming hormone therapy
- License in Washington state and ability to be licensed in remaining PPGNHAIK locations
