What you'll do

  • Mentor and facilitate professional and personal development for an Assistant Crew Leader and corps members.
  • Supervise and motivate a crew to complete conservation projects safely and efficiently.
  • Manage camp operations and ensure compliance with all program policies and minimum-impact camping standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew hours, project accomplishments, incident reports, and financial expenditures.
  • Coordinate logistics and communicate regularly with project partners and program staff.

What it takes

  • 24-hour Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification or higher.
