The role

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks a Staff Attorney to conduct significant litigation on behalf of PPFA or Planned Parenthood affiliates and provide legal advice in areas such as pending legislation, regulatory matters, and activities that interfere with access to reproductive health care.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Eligible to practice in New York or Washington, DC
  • 3-6 years of legal practice experience
  • Experience working on trans rights issues and/or litigating cases to protect trans rights
