Stabilization Specialist

The role

Eliot is seeking a Stabilization Specialist to join their Community Behavioral Health Center to provide crisis support and intervention services for youth, families, and adults. The role involves delivering short-term case management, mobile crisis stabilization, and behavioral modeling in office, community, and residential settings. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the urgent care team to support client recovery and ensure effective treatment planning.
