The Stabilization Specialist will provide crisis support and stabilization services within Eliot's 24-hour Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program. The role involves delivering recovery-oriented interventions, assisting with treatment planning, and helping clients develop coping strategies and daily living skills. The specialist acts as a vital support system for adults in psychiatric distress, facilitating case management and coordination of care.
