What you'll do
- Support the Sponsorship department in the effective management of Sponsorship Operations
- Assist in maintaining compliance with operational timelines, data integrity, and child protection protocols
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with the Field Sponsorship team and other team members
- Participate in meetings, orientations, and training sessions by shadowing supervisors and team members
- Provide logistical and administrative assistance during peak sponsorship periods and key operational cycles
- Support the team in organizing and executing sponsorship-related activities and events
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences/development studies from a recognized university/institute
- Willingness to commit to World Vision’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and apply new concepts and ideas
- Confident and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate and translate contents/letters into English and Nepali
