Speech and Language Pathologist

The role

Eliot is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to join their Early Intervention division serving children from birth to three years old in the Everett, Malden, and Medford areas. The role involves delivering community-based, family-focused therapeutic interventions using a coaching model to support developmental growth. Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and implementing programs for children with communication disorders while developing individualized treatment plans. The position requires a collaborative approach to helping parents understand and foster their child's developmental needs.
