The role
The Specialist, Human Resources and Talent Attraction is responsible for ensuring Head Start standards, regulations, and Save the Children-Head Start policies and procedures are implemented consistently and in full compliance with all applicable standards. You will work as a part of the management team and would be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable State and federal laws, and the implementation of program policies and practices relative to Human Resources, including planning, organizing, developing, coordinating, record keeping, reporting, and monitoring.
