Special Education Teacher
The role
The Special Education Teacher will manage a student caseload and provide direct support to help students with special needs achieve intellectual, emotional, and social growth. The role involves overseeing IEP and 504 Plan development, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and collaborating with general education teachers to differentiate instruction. Teachers are expected to utilize data-driven strategies to inform programming while fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
