Special Education Teacher

The role

The Special Education Teacher at KIPP Nashville manages a caseload of students, providing direct support to foster their academic, social, and emotional growth. This role involves ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, developing and executing IEPs and 504 plans, and collaborating with general education teachers to differentiate instruction. The teacher will utilize data-driven strategies and maintain strong communication with families to ensure an excellent, inclusive learning environment.
