Special Education Teacher

The role

KIPP Capital Region is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in Albany and Troy, NY. The role involves developing and implementing IEPs, delivering standards-aligned instruction, and collaborating with families and staff to foster an inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will be committed to anti-racism and equity while utilizing data to drive academic and social-emotional student success. This position requires a strong pedagogical background and the ability to maintain high expectations for all learners.
