Special Education Paraprofessional

The role

The Special Education Paraprofessional provides individual and small-group instructional support to students with diverse learning needs in general education settings. Working under the supervision of an Education Specialist, the role involves implementing IEP goals, managing student behavior, and assisting with daily life skills. Candidates will collaborate closely with teachers and families to ensure an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment for all students.
