Special Education ARD Facilitator
The role
The Special Education ARD Facilitator supports special populations by ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and Texas state education regulations. This role involves scheduling and facilitating ARD meetings, developing IEPs, and maintaining accurate documentation to support student success. The facilitator also provides coaching and professional development to campus staff while collaborating with school leaders to drive educational improvement. The position requires a strong focus on data analysis, stakeholder communication, and maintaining legal compliance across the school network.
