What you'll do
- Assure la tenue rigoureuse des journaux comptables et l'enregistrement des transactions financières.
- Vérifie l'exactitude, la validité et la complétude de l'ensemble des pièces justificatives de dépenses soumises par l'ANSSP avant tout processus de paiement ou remboursement.
- Suive l'évolution des budgets alloués aux activités et formule des recommandations ou réajustements budgétaires appropriés.
- Consolide et prépare les rapports financiers périodiques conformément aux règles de l'UNFPA.
What it takes
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente dans la gestion comptable et financière de projets et programmes de développement.
- Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (particulièrement Excel) et des systèmes de gestion intégrés (ERP comptables).
- Une expérience préalable avec une agence des Nations Unies, une organisation non gouvernementale (ONG) internationale ou dans des projets d'appui au secteur public de la santé (Ministère de la Santé) constitue un atout majeur.
- Connaissances de base en informatique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et médias sociaux.
