What you'll do
- Support the implementation of activities related to adolescent education and gender equality, particularly on retention, school completion, and reintegration of girls

- Provide technical support (TDR, PPT, etc.) for planning, organizing internal and external meetings, and field missions
- Contribute to regular reporting and knowledge management activities with a focus on inclusion and gender equality
- Support the analysis of disaggregated data (sex, age, region) and production of technical notes and guidance documents
- Participate in coordination with technical and institutional partners for promoting education and empowerment of girls and adolescents
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in education, gender, social development or child protection fields with a focus on adolescent education
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing, formulating technical documents and reporting
- Solid computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet navigation, and preferably data management or monitoring/evaluation
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments with adaptability and organizational skills within multicultural teams
- Autonomy, motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision
