The role

TRUST Consultancy & Development is seeking experienced consultants to join its roster of experts in social protection, cash and voucher assistance, economic inclusion and social assistance to support upcoming evaluations, assessments, research, Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), programme design and advisory assignments in Syria.

What you'll do

Conduct social protection assessments and evaluations
Provide technical expertise in cash and voucher assistance
Support programme design and advisory assignments
Engage with government institutions, UN agencies, NGOs, and communities
Contribute to Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) and evaluations

What it takes

Syrian nationality and current residence in Syria
Relevant university degree in economics, social policy, development studies, public policy, sociology, statistics, social sciences or another relevant field
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Recent professional experience related to social protection, CVA, social assistance, economic inclusion or vulnerability analysis in Syria
Strong understanding of Syria's socioeconomic conditions, vulnerability patterns, markets and humanitarian/development context
Strong quantitative and/or qualitative research, analytical and report-writing skills
