- Strengthen government and UNFPA capacity in public financial management and budget advocacy.
- Establish strategic partnerships with international financial institutions and private sector entities.
What it takes
- Advanced university degree (Master's level) in Health Economics, Economics, or Public Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years at the international level.
- Proven experience in health sector reform and policy engagement in LMICs.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Field experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, ideally in the West and Central Africa region.
