- Create a validated and efficient system to image macroinvertebrates using an OceanSpace Small Aquatic Organism imager
- Organize thousands of samples in various stages of imaging
- Oversee and coordinate with multiple employees as they help move samples through imaging system
- Help with other genomic laboratory tasks as needed
- Design an imaging system protocol from scratch
- Help coordinate staff and own process decisions
What it takes
- Experience designing clear and efficient sampling SOPs and protocols

- Proven ability to operate independently and proactively manage issues
