The role

Lead a Grade II listed prime residential refurbishment and extension project in North London, managing works from strip out and groundworks through to completion.

What you'll do

Lead the project on site, managing the works from strip out and groundworks through to completion
Manage the sequence of demolition, piling, structural alterations and fit out
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers and keep the programme moving
Oversee quality on a listed building, working carefully around the existing fabric
Manage the party wall and neighbour interface during the enabling and piling works
Coordinate the installation of the new M&E systems with the wider design and delivery team

What it takes

Proven experience as a Site Manager on high end residential refurbishment
Experience of managing extensions, structural alterations or similar complex works
Confident running a project on site and managing subcontractors
