- Integrate SIP principles into project proposals, monitoring, and evaluation processes.
- Provide management with analysis on progress regarding SIP institutionalization.

- Advanced academic degree in law, social sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in protection, gender, age, or diversity mainstreaming in a humanitarian context.
- Strong knowledge of international human rights, humanitarian, and refugee law.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
