Shift Administrator

The role

Eliot is seeking a Shift Administrator to manage residential programming for their Juvenile Justice program serving youth ages 13-21. This role involves staff supervision, clinical guidance, and the implementation of Trauma-Informed Care and evidence-based practices. The administrator will ensure program compliance while acting as a mentor to youth and staff alike.
