The role
American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking a Service Personnel to support departmental operations by providing general service assistance, attending to visitors and staff, and performing a variety of housekeeping and clerical support duties.
What you'll do
- Ensure that campus facilities, offices, and corridors are maintained in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
- Empty waste bins, recyclables, and other waste materials in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
- Dust and clean light fixtures, ceilings, and other high areas using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
- Clean and polish office furniture and equipment.
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment for periodic cleaning, events, and office relocations.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report shortages, malfunctions, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
