The role involves functional ownership of system configurations, business process design, and providing expert support to HR teams worldwide. What you'll do
- Manage Workday Recruiting module end-to-end including job postings, career sites, and workflows.
- Manage Workday Talent Optimization module for goals, performance management, and reporting.
- Maintain business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Lead the bi-annual Workday release cycle and conduct regression testing.
- Partner with global HR teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide expert support and training materials for recruiters and hiring managers.
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Workday Pro certification in Recruiting and/or Talent preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
- At least 3 years focused on Recruiting and Talent modules.
- Strong knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business process framework.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
