The role

What you'll do
- Collaborate with producers and editors on Wild Card to conceive, generate, edit, and publish video podcast episodes and short-form vertical video.
- Collaborate with Wild Card editors on managing Instagram, YouTube, and other visual platforms.
- Manage production schedule for multiple video editors working on weekly Wild Card video deliverables.
- Produce, edit, and publish audio deliverables for radio and other audio-only platforms.
- Direct remote and in-person Wild Card tapings.
- Pitch and book guests who have the right mix of thoughtfulness, vulnerability, and humor to match Wild Card’s tone.
What it takes
- 5+ years video production experience, preferably with a major network or newsroom, studio, or creative agency.
- Mastery of Riverside, Descript, Premiere, and other programs related to video, photo, and design, including Canva.
- Experience producing video interviews.
- Experience with social media engagement.
- Demonstrated commitment to increasing audience diversity.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
