The role

The Senior Vice President of Campaigns and Advocacy (SVPCA) leads the national and state-level strategy for Reproductive Freedom for All's organizing, electoral, and legislative policy initiatives. This executive role oversees the departments of Organizing & Campaigns and Political & Government Relations to ensure cohesive, impactful, and data-driven advocacy. The SVPCA partners with the executive team to set organizational vision while fostering a culture of innovation, equity, and high performance. The position requires a seasoned leader capable of managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving large-scale, member-centered campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Direct the national and state advocacy and electoral strategy to expand abortion access.
  • Oversee the Organizing & Campaigns and Political & Government Relations departments.
  • Partner with the executive team on organizational-wide strategy and financial stewardship.
  • Cultivate major donor relationships and manage departmental budgets.
  • Serve as a public spokesperson and representative for the organization.
