The role
Inkomoko is seeking a Senior Trainer to manage and coordinate training programs, develop new content, and ensure the quality of all trainings.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and establish training schedules with site managers
- Develop new training content and revise existing content
- Ensure the quality of all trainings through observation and feedback
- Contribute to client mobilization and sensitization sessions
- Maintain records in company tracking systems (Odoo, etc.)
What it takes
- At least 5 years of professional experience with entrepreneurs
- Bachelor's degree in project management or relevant academic qualification
- Experience in training, facilitation, content creation, advisory services, strategic planning, and business support
- Strong financial and accounting skills; knowledge of Tchad’s corporate finance policies
- Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in French, English, and Chadian Arabic
