The role

The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager - Individual Philanthropy is responsible for developing and implementing the Freedom Fund’s individual fundraising strategy, managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, and leading donor engagement events.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Freedom Fund’s global individual philanthropy strategy
  • Manage a global portfolio of principal and major donors
  • Guide the development and execution of customised cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans
  • Collaborate with senior leadership in donor engagement
  • Plan and participate in donor engagement experiences
  • Represent the Freedom Fund externally at donor meetings, conferences, and philanthropic forums

  • Minimum of eight years of experience in major gifts fundraising or philanthropic partnerships
