The role
The incumbent will act as the principal nursing officer at a health center, supervising and providing technical support to staff nurses, midwives, and non-paramedical staff.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct staff nurses, midwives, and non-paramedical staff
- Ensure smooth running of the electronic medical record system
- Supervise data collection, analysis, and reporting of nursing activities
- Assist in administration of health center operations
- Perform periodic IUD insertions and checkups after insertion
- Maintain high standards of infection control and cleanliness
