The role

The Senior Specialist, Community Volunteer Engagement, is responsible for mobilizing regional teams of volunteers to support American Red Cross missions. This role involves designing new volunteer opportunities, managing workforce systems, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet community needs. The position serves as a leader and mentor, directly engaging volunteers and supporting staff to improve program impact and operational effectiveness.
