The role
The Senior Recruiter provides full-service recruitment support for the Marketing and Communications Division, managing talent acquisition strategies from individual contributor to leadership roles. This position serves as a subject matter expert, partnering with hiring managers to develop talent pipelines, conduct interviews, and streamline the onboarding process. The role requires an innovative approach to recruitment, utilizing data analysis and applicant tracking systems to ensure effective hiring practices. The successful candidate will play an integral role in attracting top talent to support the organization's global environmental mission.
