The role
Educate! is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join their Technology team, focusing on ensuring the quality of their technology products and establishing QA standards.
What you'll do
- Partner with the Product Owner to define acceptance criteria and validate feature completeness
- Perform hands-on exploratory, functional, and regression testing of new features and bug fixes
- Establish QA standards from the ground up and evaluate and implement end-to-end testing tools
- Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and hold the engineering team accountable for writing and maintaining their own unit and integration tests
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other Technology-related course, and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a QA or Software Quality Engineering role
- Experience evaluating and implementing E2E testing frameworks
- Experience defining QA standards, test plans, and quality processes for a team
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly with product and engineering stakeholders
