The role
The Senior Project Manager will provide overall leadership and management of the RELANCE project across Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso.
What you'll do
- Provide overall leadership and strategic oversight of the RELANCE project across three countries.
- Ensure timely and quality implementation in accordance with approved proposals, budgets, and donor requirements.
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly planning processes.
- Promote integrated programming across Health, Nutrition, Child Protection, Food Security, Cash and Livelihoods.
- Maintain strong relationships with consortium partners and support partner capacity strengthening.
What it takes
- Master’s degree in International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex humanitarian and resilience programmes.
- At least 5 years managing multi-country and multi-sector programmes.
- Proven experience managing consortium projects and partnerships with national NGOs.
- Experience in managing funds with institutional donors such as SRF, ECHO, FCDO, EU, BHA, SIDA, UNICEF or similar.
- Strong experience in budget management and donor compliance.
