IDB Invest is seeking a Senior Project Manager Consultant to lead the execution of the Core Lending Solution (CLS) Modernization Project, ensuring integrated planning, effective governance, and transparent reporting.
What you'll do
- Serve as the Single Project Coordination and Accountability Hub
- Coordinate Integrated Planning, Scope, Schedule, Resource, and Financial Management
- Establish and Operate Project Governance and Executive Reporting
- Identify and Manage Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions, and Change Control
- Manage Vendor and System Integrator Performance and Contractual Delivery
- Coordinate Solution Delivery, Architecture, Integrations, Data Migration, and Requirements Traceability
- Coordinate Testing Governance and Quality Management
- Coordinate Compliance, Controls, Audit, and Documentation Requirements
- Coordinate Business Readiness, Change Enablement, Deployment, and Operational Transition
- Responsible for Project Closure and Benefits Transition
What it takes
- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or business administration
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT project management
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology implementations
- Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable
