Senior Project Manager

The role

The Senior Project Manager leads large-scale, complex client implementations spanning multiple cross-functional workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for high-value or complex clients
• Oversee program-level coordination where multiple workstreams and dependencies must be tightly managed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Coordinate multiple internal workstreams to ensure deliverables are aligned and dependencies are managed
• Facilitate client-facing status meetings, internal check-ins, and milestone reviews
• Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, and cross-functional blockers

What it takes

• 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, Client Onboarding, or SaaS/CRM implementations
• Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream client implementations or enterprise-level onboarding projects
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Expertise with project management and collaboration tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on project management expertise
