The role
The Senior Project Associate will lead the implementation of labor mobility programming in Solomon Islands, coordinating financial, administrative, and technical aspects of the project.

- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law, Economic Development or related fields from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, UN agencies, and NGOs
- Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking, and other vulnerable groups
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting
- Prior work experience with return migrant workers in Solomon Islands or participation in labor mobility schemes
