The role
The Senior Program Officer, AI-Enabled Engagement Systems will lead the strategy and investment portfolio for AI-native workflow platforms within higher education. The role focuses on developing equitable, AI-powered systems to improve student outcomes, particularly for underserved populations, by modernizing institutional policy and compliance infrastructure. The incumbent will collaborate with product developers, grantees, and institutional partners to ensure technological solutions are technically rigorous and sustainable.
