- Master's degree in International Relations, Conflict Studies, Political Science, International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, Public Administration, or another relevant field
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience managing complex humanitarian, stabilization, peacebuilding or protection programmes
- Experience working within the humanitarian response in Yemen, including coordination with national and international partners
- Experience with ECHO is essential
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
