The role
The Senior Program Manager oversees the daily operations of a local site’s vocational program, ensuring fidelity to the program model and focus on continuous improvement. This is an in-person role with the expectation that staff report to a CEO site, as the majority of participant interactions are conducted in person.

- Manage daily vocational operations at the local site and delivery of vocational services to participants

- Collaborate with the Social Enterprise team to maintain cohesion and communication between teams
- Monitor and manage overall office administration
