The role
The Senior Procurement Officer will ensure the efficient and compliant operation of GOAL Syria’s Procurement Department, managing high-value tenders, framework agreements, and pre-qualified supplier lists, and producing accurate, timely procurement and contract-management reports.

- Ability to manage and prioritize a varied workload
