The role

The Michael J. Fox Foundation is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to support the People & Culture team by optimizing workflows and improving knowledge management practices. This role focuses on documenting processes, ensuring organizational visibility across initiatives, and facilitating staff enablement to drive operational efficiency. The position requires a collaborative individual to manage content intake, support cross-departmental projects, and help monitor staff capacity.
