The role
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a driven partnerships professional with a wealth of knowledge and excitement for the health sector, who will develop and deepen partnerships with corporate partners in support of their mission to help refugees survive, recover and gain control of their future.
What you'll do
- Steward and cultivate a $3M+ USD portfolio of partners and new business prospects
- Develop and implement creative stewardship and engagement strategies
- Support the Associate Director of Health Partnerships in building a robust new business pipeline
- Design and implement creative stewardship, engagement, and growth strategies for partners
- Facilitate information flows between prospects and donors, program staff, and fellow GCP officers
- Undertake special assignments as needed
What it takes
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 6 years relevant experience
- Experience working within the Global Health sector and community
- Minimum 6 years’ experience of partnership development and/or front-line corporate fundraising experience
- Demonstrated skills in project management and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience identifying and exploring new and creative ways of engaging with health companies and their communities
