The role

The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator will lead the design, implementation, and management of robust MEAL systems for the IRC mission in Myanmar. This role focuses on optimizing data collection, visualization, and analysis to ensure high-quality, evidence-based programming in alignment with global IRC strategies. The position provides technical leadership, capacity building, and mentorship to MEAL staff and partners while fostering accountability and learning across multiple sectors.
