The role
The Senior Migration Health Associate (Project MERLA) is responsible for supporting the quality implementation of IOM’s health programming in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) through data analysis, coordination, and capacity building activities.

- Experience in programme support, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and coordination of public health activities
- Experience in developing, reviewing, and updating M&E frameworks
- Experience in humanitarian or development operations and/or Government Social or Health Services
- Fluency in English and Filipino
- Relevant accreditation/certification or formal training in areas related to health information, monitoring and evaluation, research methodologies, and data analysis
